Online Certification
Oklahoma Beef Quality Assurance Program is now available online. Please thoroughly read through the book and review the presentation. When you are done with your study, print the test. Fill out the information and the survey at the top of the test. Then use the presentation and book to complete the rest of the test questions. When finished mail to: OBQA Jeff Jaronek 2312 Exchange Ave Oklahoma City, OK 73108 Or fax to: 405-840-9848 You will then receive your congratulations and certification card within 14 business days in the mail.
